Maode Technology, a world-famous dynamic random access memory (DRAM) company, was established in December 1996. Its business scope covers design, research and development, manufacturing and marketing. In 1999, it was listed and traded in the OTC Securities Exchange of the Republic of China, with the stock code of 5387. Maode Technology is famous for its advanced manufacturing technology and excellent production efficiency in the global DRAM industry. It has set up a 12 inch wafer factory production and operation base in the Central Science Park. At the end of 2009, Maode and Elpida Memory Company cooperated in 63 nanometer process technology to produce mainstream 1Gb DDR3 products, and joined hands to form a partnership, sharing the fruits of cooperation. Combining Elpida forward-looking technology and Maode excellent mass production efficiency, we are confident that the cooperation between the two sides will bring into play the comprehensive effect of mutual benefit and mutual assistance by providing high-performance and high-quality DRAM products. In addition, Maude and Elpida Memory will continue to conduct strategic cooperation on advanced process technology and mobile memory products below 63 nanometers.
