SK Hynix: It has secured the supply of equipment to its Chinese plant without obtaining a license within one year

SK Hynix completed negotiations with the U.S. Department of Commerce to ensure that the semiconductor production equipment required for the Chinese plant will be supplied to the Chinese plant without obtaining individual licenses within the next year. As a result, SK Hynix expects to be able to secure the supply of production equipment for Chinese factories within the next year without obtaining individual permits from the United States, and then maintain production and operation in China.
